1. Platform Nature

Safar.pk is a classified-style ride-sharing platform that connects ride owners and co-riders. Safar.pk does not provide transport services, does not employ drivers, does not own vehicles, and does not guarantee any ride, user, route, vehicle, timing, contribution amount, or safety.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying ride details, identity, route, timing, vehicle information, contribution amount, communication, and personal safety before travelling.

3. Age Requirement

Only users aged 18 years or above may register or use Safar.pk. Users must provide correct and truthful information during registration and profile completion.

4. Ride Contribution

Any contribution shared between a ride owner and co-rider is a private arrangement between users. Safar.pk is not involved in payment collection, payment verification, refunds, or dispute settlement.

5. Safety

Users should meet in safe public locations, confirm details before travelling, share ride information with family or trusted friends, and avoid travelling if anything appears suspicious or uncomfortable.

6. Prohibited Use

Users must not use Safar.pk for fraud, harassment, illegal transport activity, unsafe driving, fake profiles, misleading ride information, spam, abuse, or any unlawful purpose.

7. Account Suspension

Safar.pk may suspend, restrict, remove, or review accounts, ride posts, ride requests, reviews, messages, or reports if misuse, unsafe behavior, false information, or policy violation is identified.

8. Limitation of Liability

Safar.pk shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, dispute, payment issue, misconduct, cancellation, damage, or other issue arising from ride-sharing arrangements made between users.

9. Updates

Safar.pk may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
